CD – Unopened, sealed CD may be returned for refund within (7) days. Buyer pays return shipping.
Printed Study Guides – Unused, unmarred copies may be returned for refund within (7) days. Buyer pays return shipping.
Digital Download Products:
We must take your word that the products were unusable/unable to complete download and that any digital content, either partial or in full, audio or PDF will be destroyed. Upon receipt of your email certifying destruction of digital copies of the product, we will issue a refund.
Products Purchased from Amazon or Other Online Sites:
